The Details

During the visit to the exhibitions at the Baku Expo Center, Agriculture Minister Majnun Mammadov briefed Aliyev and the first lady on the displays, APA reported.

Organizers said 447 companies from 45 countries were participating in the exhibitions, according to Azernews.

AZERTAC reported that Brazil, Ethiopia and Northern Cyprus were represented with national pavilions for the first time this year. APA reported that national stands were also present from Germany, Belarus, Brazil, South Korea, Georgia, Italy, Indonesia and the Netherlands.

The agriculture exhibition was presented under the new Caspian Agro Week brand in 2026, replacing the previous Caspian Agro naming, Azernews reported. Azernews also reported that the 2026 edition expanded the event into a broader format under the Caspian Agro Week brand that includes conferences, forums and visits to innovative farms.

Caspian Post reported that the exhibitions officially launched on May 5 and are scheduled to run through May 8 at the Baku Expo Center.
